Mr. Crouch’s legal experience includes more than twenty years (both in-house and in law firms) of what is now a national practice primarily directed to Fortune 500 companies and small to medium-sized companies.  This practice includes, but has not been limited to: performing Chief Patent Counsel functions for companies without in-house patent counsel; patent portfolio management; due diligence in relation to IP acquisitions; preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide variety of optical, electronic, electrical, mechanical, and some chemical technologies; client counseling; infringement and validity studies and opinions; negotiations with third party patent owners; licensing and other contractual matters; dispute resolution; litigation support; direct involvement in patent and trademark litigation; trademark and copyright practice; and training and supervision of junior attorneys and staff.

Representative technologies – all areas of medical devices, electronics, image capture devices, displays, microdisplays and related technology including liquid crystals, optical navigation devices, image processing, satellite imaging and related image processing and applications thereof, computers, semiconductors, aerospace, audio, juvenile and outdoor products, telecommunications, cable television, automotive, software, internet, data storage, electro-optical, electro-mechanical, and mechanical technologies.
