Startup venture representation opportunities have allowed Mr. Johnson to undertake extensive searching and analysis of third-party patent positions, and to draft, file, and prosecute patent applications to establish a patent portfolio for the startup venture to facilitate the development of business relationships with more established entities or to posture the startup venture for acquisition.
