Marsh Fischmann & Breyfogle LLP is pleased to announce that Bryan A. Rech has joined the firm.
Bryan develops intellectual property for clients ranging from early stage ventures to established companies in the electronics, mechanical, and software arts. Focusing on strategy first, he works closely with clients to develop a long-term approach for capturing value from their IP. This includes creativity and purposeful planning to achieve optimal direction, scope, and timing – gaining the client maximum leverage of their IP assets. Bryan then rolls up his sleeves to ensure prompt and thorough execution of the strategy. Bryan diligently focuses on timely, clear, and concise communication tailored to the client’s familiarity and experience with IP.
Prior to becoming a patent agent, Bryan was a research and development engineer at the Anschutz Medical Campus and helped cultivate multiple medical device start-ups. During these endeavors, Bryan worked closely with physicians, engineers, scientists, and patients in developing minimally invasive treatments for cardiac and ocular diseases. As a result of these efforts Bryan has co-invented patented technologies for medical imaging, surgical devices, and adaptable polymer materials.
Bryan received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2017 and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2008.
